The undersigned wishes to engage the services of
“An Elegant Touch Chocolate Fountain” (hereinafter referred to as “An
Elegant Touch”) and hereby enters into the following Rental Agreement with
An Elegant Touch, provider of An Elegant Touch Chocolate Fountain:

FOUNTAIN RENTAL
INFORMATION:
Client agrees to rent chocolate fountain from An
Elegant Touch. (Rental fee $449.00 + sales tax - or $525.00 for large
fountain). Client agrees to purchase any additional chocolate at $0.50 per
person for over 200 guests. When feasible, client requests made on the day
of the event for extended use of the chocolate fountain will be
accommodated depending on our availability. Payment of overtime requests
must be paid at the time of request. Client agrees to purchase additional
fountain time of desired at $75.00 per hour.
CHOCOLATE:
Only chocolate
provided by An Elegant Touch will be used in the fountain. All chocolate
must be purchased from us. There are no refunds for unused chocolate.
INCLUDED:
Delivery of
fountain.
Set up tear down & cleaning of the chocolate fountain.
500 skewers.
2 hours of operating time. (Start time as stated
above)
Chocolate fountain attendant.
Chocolate for 25 to 200
guests.
YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE:
A sturdy table capable of supporting 100
pounds.
Room for attendants to stand behind table.
Table cloth or
skirting. We will provide lines for the table top to match your
decor.
Plates and napkins (allow for extras as guests tend to come back
several times).
A garbage can close by for your guests.
If you are
providing your own dipping items, you are responsible to put out and
display the food.
We will be happy to refill items as the event goes
on for you.
OPTIONAL:
Travel charges for
events outside the Sequim/Port Angeles area. Travel fees will be listed on
your invoice if they apply.
Dipping items can be provided by you or
your caterer, or we can provide an assortment of dipping items starting at
$3.25 per guest.
Additional chocolate at $0.50 per person over 200
guests.
$75.00 per hour will be charged when exceeding 2 hours.
Other requests not already covered.
How much should we tip our chocolate fountain attendant? Most people tip them around $25 - $40.00.
